<p>In todays world we need a capacity of having high knowledge in technical skills and communication skills. But what we are having in our academics is all about how to clear out the semester subject in that 4 years all we do is a robust work continously for the sake of gradution completion.
Then at the end we are having a graduation degree without any knowledge skills that are required for our future, then we came to a decision for coaching or self mode but at the end how many of us getting the job even though some people having knowledge they don't have the job to use that knowledege for devlopment of <a href="http://INDIA.So" class="autolinkedURL autolinkedURL-url" target="_blank">INDIA.So</a> i requesting you to develop professional skills along with your academics to secure your life you need to get a job in campus only. The situation are not as good as you think try to get a job in campus itself. Once graduation is completed you are going step into a real world which was very scary................</p>
